Baseball Club Fees

Baseball Fees 10U-18U Description

Seasons: 

There are 2 season in club baseball season for you players 8U - 14U. High school ( 16U - 18U team play during the Fall and a month into the spring then pick back up for summer June and July. Here's a split of the season to help understand fees mores.

  • Fall Season 10U - 18U ( August - December ) 

  • Spring Season 10U - 14U ( January - December ) - This season is more tournament heavy

  • High School 16U - 18U ( June - July ) - This season is more tournament heavy

Down Payment Fee: $750 or $1250 or $2700 ( per season !! ) - This can be split to help into two payments

 One-time fee per season which covers your player's portion of practices, tournaments, coaches pay for Fall or Spring. The down payment fee includes the following.

  • Uniform package fee - ( initial join only not per season )

  • League Fee - provides us with games and one practice field

  • Practice fees ( 5 months ) - one season

  • 4 to 5 - tournaments covered ( Fall or Spring 5 months ) - one season- weather can affect the number of games and tournaments

  • Player Hand book - ( initial join only not per season )

  • Mini bands - ( initial join only not per season )

  • Pull Up Band set - ( initial join only not per season )

  • Krigare kinetic band set ( initial join only not per season )

Monthly Fee: $295 or $395 + Plus a processing fee ( 3 % )

The recurring fee covers portions of coaches' pay, practice fields, indoor facilities/ workouts, equipement etc. Monthly Fees are required from August - December ( Fall Season)  and/or January - May ( Spring Season ). Monthly fees can occur during the summer if the teams play into June or July. The League and not all tournament Fees are not included in this fee ( fundraising helps with the extra tournaments). Monthly Fees that are not paid by the 10th of the month are subject to a 8% late fee. This fee DOES NOT include extra tournament fees or league fees. 

Tournament Fee: 

This fee covers your player's portion of the season's scheduled tournaments. Costs will vary. Your coach will contact you and confirm the number of tournaments your team will be participating in. This covers 3 guaranteed games on the weekends. Out-of-state tournaments will be decided by management, i.e. Las Vegas, California, Cooperstown, Omaha, etc. Contact your coach with any questions. 

Extra Tournaments Fee: $500 + Tournament Cost $? ( split between the team/families )

 Extra tournaments can be added to the schedule if a vote amongst families has been taken, in order to have extra tournaments put on the schedule. It is up to the team and families to confront the owner about adding tournaments. We understand as an organization how expensive things have become and will not go out of the way to add extra tournaments outside of what is already provided or set prior to season start.

Out of State Tournament Fee: May Vary Plus a processing fee ( 3 % )

This fee can vary depending on the type of tournament, location and accommodations needed for the coaching staff. Out-of-state tournaments will be decided by management, i.e. Las Vegas, California, Cooperstown, Omaha, etc. Contact your coach with any questions. Out of state tournaments aren't scheduled until the entire team has collectively made the decision 

Uniform Fee: $350

 This fee is paid per season/year or when you join. This fee is included into the down payment. If you are joining during the summer this is paid separately.

Fundraising: Mandatory 

There will be few fundraising events that will be mandatory to help with cost of coaching, tournaments out of state etc. We won't hold to many events and try to make them as effortless as possible. These efforts help with any thing extra such as tournaments extra practices and the growth of the organization/ non -profit. Contact the founder for more questions

  • Fall 15U - 18U ( August - December )

  2. Online Training Program

  3. Practice fees ( 2 months  or 5  months ) - one season

  4. 6 to 10 - tournaments covered ( Fall  5 months ) - one season- weather can affect the number of games and tournaments

  5. 2 to 4 - tournaments covered ( Summer 2 months ) - one season- weather can affect the number of games and tournaments

  6. Player Hand book - ( Extra )

  7. Mini bands - ( Extra )

  8. Pull Up Band set - ( Extra )
