Seasons: 

There are 3 season in club softball season for you players 8U - 14U. High school ( 16U - 18U team play during the Fall and a month into the spring then pick back up for summer June and July. Here's a split of the season to help understand fees mores.

• Fall Season 10U - 18U ( August - December ) - Tournaments start late august or early September

• Spring Season 10U - 14U ( January - December ) - This season is more tournament heavy

• High School 16U - 18U ( June - July ) - This season is more tournament heavy

Down Payment Fee: ( $TBD ( 3 % ) per season Fall or Spring !! ) - This can be split to help into two payments

 One-time fee per season which covers your player's portion of practices, tournaments, coaches pay for Fall or Spring. The down payment fee includes the following.

• Uniform package fee - ( only initial join not per season )

• Practice fees ( 5 months ) - one season

• 6 -10 tournaments covered ( Fall 5 months ) - one season - the plan is to do 2 tournaments a month but that can be affected by many things such as weather, it being the beginning of the season.

• 7 -10  tournaments covered ( Spring 5 months ) - one season - the plan is to do 2 tournaments a month but that can be affected by many things such as weather, it being the beginning of the season.

• Player Hand book - ( initial join only not per season )

Monthly Fee: $180 + plus processing fee ( 3 % )

The recurring fee covers portions of coaches' pay, practice fields, indoor facilities, equipement etc. Monthly Fees are required from August - December ( Fall Season)  and January - May ( Spring Season ). Monthly fees can occur during the summer if the teams play into June or July. League and not all tournament Fees are not included in this fee ( fundraising helps with the extra tournaments). Monthly Fees that are not paid by the 10th of the month are subject to a 5% late fee. This fee DOES NOT include extra tournament fees or league fees.

Tournament Fee: $100 + plus processing fee ( 3 % )

This fee covers your player's portion of the season's scheduled tournaments. The tournament fees can be covered by fundraising if enough has been raised. If you decide to not participate in a tournament you are still required to pay the fee. 

 

Your coach will contact you and confirm the number of tournaments your team will be participating in. This covers 3 guaranteed games on the weekends. Out-of-state tournaments will be decided by management, i.e. Las Vegas, California, Cooperstown, Omaha, etc. Contact your coach with any questions.

Out of State Tournament Fee: 

This fee can vary depending on the type of tournament, location and accommodations needed for the coaching staff. Out-of-state tournaments will be decided by management, i.e. Las Vegas, California, Cooperstown, Omaha, etc. Contact your coach with any questions. Out of state tournaments aren't scheduled until the entire team has collectively made the decision

Uniform Fee: $320

 This fee is paid per season/year or when you join. This fee is included into the down payment

Fundraising: Mandatory 

There will be few fundraising events that will be mandatory to help with cost of coaching, tournaments out of state etc. We won't hold to many events and try to make them as effortless as possible. These efforts help with all expenses, tournaments, coach pay and the  growth of the organization/ non -profit. If enough money is raised then we do not charge for tournaments that are instate. We are open to sponsorship in order to help cut cost of dues. Contact the founder for more questions or ideas.
